During my corporate career, I experienced severe stress, which led to burnout and depression. I achieved everything I thought I wanted, but I was miserable. I felt lost and exhausted and my health, my relationships, and my performance suffered. After spending a few years turning my health and life around I decided to help others do the same, so they can get clear on what they want and build a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
